Refund Policy

GENERAL TERMS

Our policy will apply to the return of DNA collection kits purchased from DNActiv8. It will provide an outline for any DNA collection kit returns or refunds prior to the DNA collection kit being activated, as well as your refund or replacement rights after the DNA collection kit being used.

RETURNS / REFUND RIGHTS PRIOR TO ACTIVATION OF YOUR DNA SAMPLE KIT.

Returns within 5 working days

DNActiv8  will accept returns if we are informed within 5 working days of you receiving your DNA collection kit on info@dnactiv8.co.uk. You will be required to return your DNA collection kit to us within 14 days of informing us unopened, unused, complete and in a re-saleable condition.

DNActiv8 will refund in the process of payment that we received. You will be liable for any costs that are associated for the returning of the DNA collection kit to us.

For you to receive a full refund on your DNA collection kit, it must be returned unopened, unused, complete and in a re-saleable condition. If the DNA collection kit has been opened but not activated,  a refund of 25% of the price will be paid for DNA collection kit. If the DNA collection kit has been activated, then unfortunately no return or refund will be accepted.

Damaged or missing collection kits

If you happen to receive a damaged or unusable DNA collection kit, inform us  +44 0203 8902822 or info@dnactiv8.co.uk within 21 days of receiving your kit, allowing us to start our damaged or faulty DNA collection kit claim process. We will require you to keep all of the DNA collection kit packaging,  and any broken DNA collection kit parts and provide it to us at our expense, for us to complete our investigation. If it proves to show that the DNA collection kit to be damaged or faulty, we will provide you with a replacement DNA collection kit within 5 working days.

Any missing items from your order and or DNA collection kit, please inform within 21 days of delivery or info@dnactiv8.co.uk . We will then provide you with a replacement DNA collection kit and reimburse you for all costs that were associated with returning of the defective DNA collection kit to us. Please note that if you fail to report damaged or missing items from your order within 21 days of receiving the DNA collection kit, then any replacement items required will not be delivered.

Local UK deliveries:

Be aware that DNActiv8 will only replace the lost DNA kit if you have provided your correct details. DNActiv8 will not be liable to replace a lost DNA collection kit in circumstances where you have provided incorrect details.

International delivery:

If in the unlikely event you fail to receive your DNA collection kit but our tracking shows that the DNA kit has been received, inform DNActiv8 within 7 days from the order date on info@dnactiv8 so that we can seek to find the relevant DNA collection kit with our shipping company, otherwise your DNA collection kit will be considered delivered.

Replacement kits cannot be sent out until we locate the DNA collection kit, at which point we will replace the DNA kit to then be delivered. DNActiv8 will be liable for all fees/costs associated with shipping of replacement kits. DNActiv8 will not provide any refunds for lost DNA collection kits or be liable for any claims from such loss.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT OF DNA KITS AFTER ACTIVATION.

Customers will not receive replacement and or refund after they have activated our DNA collection kit.
